Our administration team offers several roles such as Medical Secretary, Medical Receptionist, Medical Typist or Secretarial Support Assistant. These roles vary between casual and permanent and may be either full time or part time.
The key attributes we look for in successful team members are:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a computerised Medical Practice
Experience in use of medical software (Genie an advantage)
Excellent customer service skills
Polite and professional telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Positive outlook and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Medicare and Health Fund billing protocols
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
